Bloom Real Estate is an independent, locally-owned real estate firm serving the Richmond and Charlottesville areas. A select team of dedicated full time Realtors® led by Principal Broker Shana Bloom, we define ourselves by our full-service, relationship-driven approach and our deep commitment to providing buyers and sellers with an exceptional experience. We enthusiastically provide education and consulting to all strata of individuals and families and are committed to assisting in long term planning to help our clients achieve their real estate goals.

Meet the Team

Shana Bloom, Principal Broker

A Virginia native and Realtor since 2006, Shana earned her real estate license at the age of 19. She began her career representing a local developer, managing sales for new construction subdivisions in Central Virginia before transitioning into full-service residential sales while attending classes in business & leadership at University of Richmond. She incorporated her real estate business as Bloom Real Estate in 2014 and in 2017 she founded her own independent firm to expand upon her services, distinguish her approach, and to mentor and create job opportunities for other extraordinary individuals. In 2018 the National Association of Women Business Owners, recognized Shana as a “Rising Star Finalist” for making a visible impact in the industry & providing a unique service in a highly successful way. In her free time, she enjoys visiting with her family in Charlottesville, cooking at her home in Richmond, and hiking with her rescue dog Darla.

Rebecca Taylor, Realtor®

Rebecca serves buyers and sellers in Charlottesville and the surrounding counties where she lives and where she grew up with her sister Shana Bloom. As a dedicated full-time agent, Rebecca is committed to building strong relationships and advocating for her clients. In addition to her experience as a real estate professional since January 2016, Rebecca holds a BA and MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University. As a writer and educator, she listens closely, encourages questions, and is a skilled communicator and negotiator. In her free time, she co-hosts the Charlottesville Reading Series, a monthly literary event, and she writes.

Christi Addison, Realtor®

Christi serves buyers and sellers in the Richmond area where she’s made her home since 2006. As the daughter of a social worker and a professional photographer, service, integrity, and creativity are in her blood. With a BFA in Photography from VCU and thirteen years of experience in the service industry, Christi applies her professional marketing skills and her commitment to taking great care of her clients to every aspect of buying or selling a home. Also, she teaches first time homebuyer workshops for VHDA because she believes homeownership should be made more accessible to all strata of individuals and families through education. You may catch her at a local rock show in her free time, visiting with loved ones, or taking a class at the visual arts center.

Nicole Priest, Realtor®

Nicole is an enthusiastic new agent, specializing in Closing Coordination, serving buyers and sellers in the Richmond area where she’s made her home since 2003. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from VCU and 8 years experience working with local law firms, Nicole is excited to bring her professional skills and loyal approach to her clients. In her off time you may see her at a local restaurant or enjoying time with her many rescue dogs and cats.

Jenn Rockwell, Realtor®

Jenn ventured south from upstate NY & Philadelphia to make Richmond her home in 2008. A lifelong hospitality professional, Jenn is a driven real estate agent devoted to creating a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. In addition to her detail-oriented, service-driven approach, Jenn applies her skills as a visual artist to featuring homes with high-impact, professional marketing. Prior to earning her real estate license, Jenn received a BFA from the only all women’s art college in the U.S., Moore College of Art and Design, and attended graduate school at Johnson State College in Vermont. In her free time, Jenn grows flowers, walks her rescue beagle Penny, and continues to make art exhibited throughout the world.
